Due to exposure to the international community representing socio-economic, political and cultural backgrounds. The participants had an to study and learn more about a way of life different from their own country. International exposure and experience generates more confidence in overall aspects of life leading to the personality development. Those who are participants will get more knowledge to handle about their socio-economic and culture side of life.
