Our Vision
we are united by a passion to help others, a quest for the skills and knowledge to succeed, the leadership of our organization desire to create great positive change in the field of education, career and youth development. It will strive to create positive social change through awareness and motivation oriented programmes of our path-breaking research and excellence educational services.
Career Vision believes that critical issues facing by the students of educational outreach and the educated unemployed youths now demand our attention and action; and that if we are to solve these problems in our life, then we must act, and combine our efforts to guarantee a future of peace, justice and sustainability.
Career Vision, a non-profit organization operates in order to achieve its mission, or reason for being, as defined by its board of directors. The organization’s activities will be consistent with its stated purpose. Non-profit board members, volunteers, and employees will act in the interest of achieving the organization’s mission at all times while adhering to the values of quality, openness, integrity, responsibility, and accountability.

Our Mission
• To educate and to prepare future social work and public leaders in areas of policy, practice, and research.
• To pioneer research and apply results to impact policy and practice locally, nationally, and internationally.
• To collaborate with organizations to use evidence to improve access to and quality of social services and to address social and economic justice.
• To facilitate youth participation and intergenerational partnerships in global decision-making; support collaboration among diverse youth organizations; and
provide tools, resources, and recognition for positive youth action.
• To promote youth innovation to drive positive change.
• To design to meet the needs of youth affected by poverty through five integrated sectors: economic development, education, leadership development, environment and health.
• To engage youth in creating solutions to the challenges they face. It will incorporate youth development, volunteerism, partnership, equity and advocacy into all that we do.
• To share information on resources for building collaborations that leverage experience.
• To prepare the youths to focus light on HIV/AIDS prevention activities through capacity building awareness and motivational counseling that provides basic knowledge.
• To empower youths and women to have greater control over their lives and over the services that is provided to them for caring attitude and behavior for the benefit of all.
• To equipping with basic networking and IGA skill to the members of target community group especially youths.
• To improve the quality of life through providing different recent information's and findings for those who are living with HIV virus and on how to live safely.

To equip the youths, interested individual and educated unemployed with leadership tools to serve the community and to establish income generating ways and means to support livelihood. After successful training in the domain of health, education and civil right activities, the youths are expected to choose the right path to develop inner potentialities and to inculcate the sense of substantiate mutual understanding to promote unity, integrity and brotherhood locally, nationally and internationally.
