The Democratic Transformation of Ukraine founded in May 1996 as national Youth NGO, which supported National Council of Youth in Ukraine. The organization brings together a number of existing activities, to develop a strong and coherent analysis of related areas of Youth policy and development a National Youth movement and to support the process of integration in the International Youths structures.

Our missions are:
- development of Youth Service for community;
- educational of Youth, organizational scholarship students;
- conduct conferences and seminars for NGO in regions of Ukraine;
- carry out campaign of propaganda of drug, alcohol, AIDS control;
- education and presentation of the international experience in the sphere of Youth policy;
- protect of environment;
- support of volunteerisms in the social sphere and environment;
- protect of Youth right.

Now, Members of the Democratic Transformation of Ukraine together with Youth NGO to implement external experience and to develop Youth policy in country on transition.

We were making:
- has met and will meet with any leaders of NGO and Government to approve of effective in the result;
- to organized the National Council of Youth;
- to creased the Youth Network for region of Ukraine;
- to celebrated GYSD with the Representative UN in country;
- to provided activity Youth NGO in life of country thought organize and conduct the conferences and seminars;
- represented Youth in the process of decision making.

We are going to:
- support of Ukrainian Youth NGO in the process integration in global Youth movement;
- take part in celebration Days of International activity;
- develop the National Council of Youth and Youth Network;
- organize the actions and programs with representative of UN, EC and international Youth NGO;
- work with volunteers for realization of social programs in country;
- cooperate together with Government for development Youth policy in Ukraine and support Ukrainian Youth movement on International arena.
