· Advocate on issue of national and regional concerns and strengthen the networks of civil society groups and organizations, which are working to protect, support and promote human rights, peace and democratic values, for change at the policy level
· Research on issues concerning human life and evolve alternative-development theoretical base, in order to facilitate the civil society organizations in undertaking need-based development programs.
· Provide trainings to the activities of the civil society organizations to broaden their vision on issues of national and regional concerns and improve their technical skills so that they are able to effectively implement their development programs
· Undertake programs on socio-political and economic empowerment of the marginalized sections of the urban and rural communities.
