The worked out strategy that fell to the attitudes of improving or up stepping from the newsletter level to a more dynamic essence under the umbrella of a magazine. This magazine will involve a number of articles concerning the different social, economic and political progresses in the country. These to under the scrutiny of the board to realize and enforce objectivity, principal and optimism when writing. The articles will come from the different regions of the country and the magazine distributed to different schools and youth organizations.(Youth Training Grounds)
More to the essence is the different approach of trying to counteract bad messages that cross our media from undefined sources where we shall carry out motivational sessions to enable the youth get dissolved in matters that concern the development of the nation other than unidirectional issues.
The different functions that are organized by the club are for the purpose of creating a feeling of togetherness not undermined by tribal sentiments but united as Ugandans to try to strive and work for the development of our country. These functions are characterized by the different debating and propulsive issues that catapult the debaters to providing solutions that may deem necessary in fostering the development of our country which after will be forwarded to they concerned and responsible parties. This in one way or the other can mark its identity or similarity to the concluded Common Wealth Youth Forum which was a very positive a good realm. We want to continue with the culture even without CHOGM in our country.
Amidst this is the reason that is the basis for the organizing of essay and speaker competitions that are intended to help improve on the full composure of the human being the youth in this sense. They will be awarded in one way or the other.
PSSL also intends to organize,public lectures,radio television bradcasts and different travel sessions to different areas of the country in search of full detailed data on the challenges that affect the public and in one way or the other try to enrich the solutions to each of these problems. The data compiled will ever be kept in our databanks in order to keep the statistical records that help in developmental planning.

Observers indicate that the concluded post election violence that erupted in Kenya was participated in by majorly the Youths who in reason did have nothing to do or otherwise lacked the diplomatic or moral values that are needed. The other reason one can give to such a behavior that happened may be the lack of leadership among these youths on the right way of acting and this is a gap we solely want to cover with the an established Uganda’s PSSL. Therefore in purpose of avoiding such manners in our country and East Africa at large we intend to teach to the Youths the right moral Behaviors and then involve them in a number of activities like environmental conservation measures tree planting among the many. This is in reason of trying to prevent manipulation of the public into uncourteus issues like violent demonstrations or neglecting of work because of poor direction.
The organization also intends to organize youth conferences in different regions of the country trying to teach and train the different youths on different aspect of economic learning like teaching basic ways of agriculture and other activities thus enabling a learning and a working public in the later stages of the project provided the funds are available. We intend to cover a number of issues in the different economic activities that are engaged in by the youth like fishing, animal keeping sales business among the many.

Definition of the vision
To enable the youths imbued: with a spirit of pan-africanism:in other wards love for Africa; participate in the solving of the matters that come in handy when dealing with a number of challenges that affect the Africa let say the climatic and environmental challenges ,social economic and political challenges. Understanding the pros and cons of the effects that they may have on the country’s and Africa’s economic, social and political progress by the activities that they do. This will enable the youths to grow molded into a realm that is really aware of the dos and don’ts in participating in the social economic and political development of the country and Africa among the many issues pressing. such that they develop into a public that is patriotic and ready to work for the development of our country, Africa and world.

OBJECTIVES

To enable the youths participate in developmental thinking, finding logical solutions and applicable practicabilities to the challenges that undermine national and continental development.
To consolidate the achievements of the governments of Africa while concentrating on our input as the youth in ensuring further progress of the country and Africa at large.
To groom the youth into good and future positive leaders boasting of qualities and aspirations that are nationalistic, patriotic and oriented to serving the populations in development.
To offer a platform to enable identified youth with the right aspirations access knowledge and learn from other leaders in molding them into future dependable servers of the nation and Africa at large.
To teach the youths social, economic and political values in order to allow the proper resource exploitation for the development of nation and Africa at large.
To offer a platform at which different sections of the youth public can engage themselves in contributing informs of ideas and be heard outright.

THE PROJECT DIMENSIONS
The PSSL will be in position to work with the other organizations set up and are existing to achieve the national social economic and political developments needed. Where they are inexistent we shall be at par to act directly but with an aim of working from the grassroots. It has comparable a number of phases and these will include its setup, then how we can institute the work we have set up here below to start taking effect.

EXPECTATIONS
We expect that within a year of its setup;
It would have been setup in all the three East African countries and also all those others with whom we shall have met the different leaders to work with the different institutions in different countries.
1,000,000 plus people or youth will be in full knowledge of Patriotism and Pan-Africanism in all the different countries by the end of year one after the starting of the project. This requires the support of the different leaders indifferent countries to offer us access to their institutions.
250,000 per region at least in Uganda will be benefiting from the programs that we have established as below.
As a format of making the panafrican and patriotism drive practical such organizational structure as highlighted below could be setup to provide a basis in which to reach what type of students or yputh and what they are doing in particular.The drive should as thus be about production oriented.
The setup of the African Future Leaders Association(AFLA) by the end of this phase and recognized in the different countries with context of looking after and maintaining the activities of Pan Africanism while looking for the different practical solutions that can be offered to ensure the further development of the nation and Africa at large.
We also expect to include the Create Business Association(CBA) with an aim of spreading and teaching the youth on how to engage in activities that can enable to improve the livelihood of the people and hence ensure progress of the nations and Africa at large while maintaining a sustainable environment. Other structures like Future Doctors Association or Engineers can be setup with an aim of making it a point of discussion on how at a tender youth age the youth can begin engaging in thinking and also engage in production in those various specialization spheres.
Have numerous number of organized forums in the different states to ensure that the massage is well interpreted and understood by all the Africans and at country level we shall use the dimensions of regional concentration for example in Uganda the LC system administration can help reach the grassroots to instate development and then the education institutions apart from the co operate to reach another group of people. Our way is ensure coordination at both these levels and hence ensure that our aims and objectives are transformed from just logical designs to practical designs.
