ZWRCN is an information based organization with a focus on collection, analysis, processing and dissemination of information, particularly on gender and development. The organisation's strategic interventions aim to empower women, strengthen inter-organisational networking and promote the women's movement. ZWRC's core values are to see equity between men and women, deliver quality service, equitably utilise resources to ensure sustainability and to engage dynamic approaches that the organisation on the cutting edge of gender issues in Zimbabwe.
