The primary focus is on addressing the unique dynamics of the Third World context. A key concern is that every member is provided with a moral and physical support system along with the necessary tools to enhance his/her development and maximization of leadership potential. Seeing the universal need to bring peoples across races and cultures together, the YSA was formed and created as a forum for cross-cultural exchange among Young people of Africa and the rest of the World.
"Networking" describes the exchange that takes place between the Young leaders that form the YSA. Corporate Executives, Businessmen and Women, Religious Leaders, Politicians, Athletes, Civic Leaders, are all finding their place in this organization irrespective of age .
As the vision for the YDA becomes more refined,YDA has began to bring together the Executive Council, which will consist of a number of leaders from Africa to the Executive Council sharing a desire to see Young leaders rise up from within the Third World.
