It utilises performing artforms as a behaviour change communication tool in the areas of HIV/AIDS, Civic education, Anti corruption and other development issues. It is currently in charge of 80 community based theatre and cultural groups in Zambia. The only Youth cultural association and so far, it is the leading theatre body in the country with more than 850 young people engaged in informal employment through arts. It is also involved in workcamps where it invites different volunteers from all over the world to participate in voluntary work in the rural areas of the country.
