The Open Forum intends to reset up the Youth Web Portal www.youthdev.info which was preliminary established and introduced to the Global Knowledge Partnership’ Annual Meeting in Rome, Italy in May 2003, but later halted its operation due to no funding support. This web portal not only to provides to young groups of people the related information, but also provides facilitations for social, mutual communication, such as mailing lists and email services free of charge.

Youth can make good decisions about their nation if they are well informed, and they should be able to share their thoughts with others, which is a basic need for modern society. Society’s capacity to comprehend and respond to events and issues can be no greater than the ability of Cambodian youth to identify, understand, and explain those events and issues.
