Our vision is The Gambia that supports youth leadership and all positive effort to combat HIV/AIDS.
Our mission is to link Gambian youth to one another and the world in order to promote partnership, participation and coordination in the fight against AIDS.,
What does the organization do?
1. Ensure reduction of the current prevalance rate of about 2% in 2002 by at least 50% by 2010 through youth programmes and activities.

2. conduct/ commision research on contemporary problems in the world of work that have significant negative impact on youth development. e.g HIV/AIDS, STIs in the work place and evolue responsive strategies
3. seek to implement/ operationalised ILO conventions and recommendations with specific reference to HIV/AIDS IN THE WORK PLACE
