Towards this end, YAA holds fast to its mission:
- To create a global network of support for young aids activists;
- To provide them with international recognition for their work;
- To facilitate their inclusion in national and international decision making processes.

What does the organization do?
YAA has a youth network around the world. YAA ralleys youth to support the young people fighting AIDS in Africa, through lobbying as well as direct support.
