Y-A-C, standing for 'Youth Advisory Council' has thrills, fun games, young people like yourself and a chance to help your younger community all in the comfortable environment of the Library. Participate in book discussions, put on puppet shows for younger people, plan programs for the library and best of all, eat lots of great food. What's not to like? Bring your friends along to have a good time.

What does the organization do?
YAC is made up of a group of teens who help out the library. They help decide what we should buy and what we should do! Anyone can join by coming to one of our meetings. :) This blog is also a great place to find out what's going on for teens at the library.
Opportunities for Youth
The Library has an active teen group called the Youth Advisory Council (or YAC) who meet regularly at the Brodie library for fun, food and to discuss books of interest and services they would like to see at the Library. They invite you to join them - contact rhamlin-douglas@tbpl.ca for more details.
