The mission of the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh is to promote, on a non-partisan basis, understanding of important international issues, throughout the community and with a special focus on the Pittsburgh region's secondary schools. Council programs offer students access to experts on a wide variety of global issues including foreign policy, religion and politics, globalization, national security, and cultural issues.
