WIN belives in the power of the individual and in the power of the world.
"Only the educated are free." - Epicetus (55 AD - 135 AD)
WIN wants by 2015 to be seen as an open but independent platform and a framework for women in developing countries, volunteers and supporters from around the world for female adult education.
The WIN platform shall consists of the organization, procedures and guidelines to consistently delivery a high quality of education to female adults and to carry out this work jointly by global volunteers and local teachers.
