Comprised of youth artists from all corners of the globe, Wildfire functions as a stage to cultivate an ever-increasing organizational, moral, and artistic excellence in all who serve in its ranks. The Wildfire Dance Theatre (WDT) is an international theatre based in Stratford Ontario, Canada. Wildfire began its humble beginnings in 1998 and has now grown significantly into in a full-time Theatre since then. WDT is a social and economic development project, consisting of youth artists...

The Wildfire Dance Theatre (WDT) is an international theatre based in Stratford Ontario, Canada. Wildfire began its humble beginnings in 1998 and has now grown significantly into in a full-time Theatre since then. WDT is a social and economic development project, consisting of youth artists dedicated to promoting Unity in Diversity by addressing social issues through the performing arts. Wildfire is a division of the Nancy Campbell Collegiate Institute. WDT performs dance theatre or story-telling dance drama on various social issues such as racial unity, the equality of women and men, and the extremes of wealth and poverty.
This is what we want to provide our audiences.
v Entertains - make people laugh & smile and bring joy to peoples hearts!
v Educates – to cultivate knowledge and wisdom about the world and its peoples, also about social issues such as racism, violence and inequality.
v Inspires – to uplift all people, to give hope and move people to act upon their nobility!

Training in leadership skills, consultation, conflict-resolution, and communications is provided.
