Today, VTTP is a fast growing network of over 175 Pakistani professionals representing a wide range of academic, disciplinary and professional affiliations living in 5 continents around the world. As the membership base of the network grows, in numbers, diversity and quality, VTTP has evolved from an intellectual discussion group to a full-fledged high-quality professionals' network. VTTP has identified 4 possible areas of contribution towards its members and the greater Pakistani society. These areas are symbolized in its Acronym i.e. T.A.N.K:

T - Thought - VTTP aims to become a vehicle to enable careful collaborative thinking on issues of importance to its members and Pakistan in an atmosphere of intellectual and academic dialogue.

A - Action - VTTP aims to initiate well-reasoned local action by encouraging, facilitating, and enabling its members and the society at large.

N - Network - VTTP aims to facilitate networking of like-minded professionals from all walks of life thus enabling them to develop synergies, tap diversified expertise and overcome collective action problems

K - Knowledge - VTTP aims to enable its members to share their diverse expertise with other members on the forum, thus creating a shared understanding of Pakistan's problems. It also aims to take this a step further towards creating an educated citizenry through mass-awareness initiatives.

It not only provides an avenue to discuss economic, religious, political and social issues, but it also provides opportunities to its members to influence policy, get involved in regional activism, thereby having a positive impact on Pakistani society.

VTTP members are a collection of highly motivated individuals who want to utilize their professional and academic experience for the greater good of Pakistani society. While growing the existing membership base is a critical step towards gradually scaling the network's ability to undertake new initiatives and further diversify the pool of ideas.
