We would like youth to help us in fighting for the freedom of refugees and immigrants.
Today, 8 million of the world's 14 million refugees are warehoused. They are denied their basic human rights including the right of movement, employment, and ownership of property.
For 10, 20 or 40 years, men, women, and children have been confined to their camps--arrested and deported to their native countries if they stray too far.
Camps are the breeding ground for disease, child soldiering, terrorist recruitment, and physical and sexual violence--> and these camps are often funded by UNHCR and UNDP
Please take the time to learn about refugee warehousing and learn spread the word about refugee warehousing and refugee rights
