 Mission/Vision
The mission of the Ukraine Special Needs Orphanages Fund, Inc. is to educate orphanage workers, officials, and the surrounding community, and to work to change attitudes towards these special children of God. They deserve to grow, to learn, and to be valued in life.

Children with disabilities in Ukraine are not given the same opportunities as similar children in the USA. This cause helps in the fight for early intervention programs led by parent groups and in technical training of teachers and administrators. The organization also provides bible schools to various Rivne area orphanages. A repair team also travels with the organization and does simple repairs such as painting and negotiates contracts for large-scale projects.

We as an organization recognize that children are the future and therefore should be a part of our organization. In the past we have taken youth as young as 8 with us on our annual trips to Rivne. They get so much from the trip, but the really amazing thing to see is how much they give. Without youth involvement, USNOF would not be what it is today.
