1. The objective of The foundation is to challenge, motivate and support youth in Africa to help develop their continent.

2. The foundation tries to reach her objective through:
a. Worldwide stimulation and support of development of initiatives with the name The Young and Wise that are challenging, motivating, and supporting youth in Africa.
b. Cooperation with companies, foundations and other organisations that support the objective of The Young and Wise.
c. To provide workshops for, and coaching and training of youth in Africa.
d. To develop campaigns, to lobby and to deploy network activities, which are focused to enlarge the basis for the objective and goals of the foundation.
e. Organising and facilitating international meetings between representatives of local Young and Wise initiatives.
f. Fundraising and looking for sponsors, nationally and internationally.
g. Protecting the right use of the name, the logo and brand The Young and Wise.
h. Developing and spreading the mission and vision of the foundation.
i. Development of mediaformats, events, productions, educational material, film and documentaries on behalf of the objective of the foundation.
j. To design, fabricate and distribute material with the objective to profile the foundation and her activities.




We are a non-political organisation, but will provide 'leaders' who will use creativity, compassion, strength and a clear vision how to change and develop their communities.

Mission statement: We will find twelve empowered, passionated, leaders with social responsibility in every developing country and they will change the mindsets of the youth by teaching and mentoring. The out of the box ideas will be communicated to the youth by using media and entertainment and working together with elders and ministries.

The mission of 'theyoungandwise' is to bring together 12 young and wise Africans who will work together on all subjects that need attention in their country(Millenniumgoals). Our goal is to find 12 young and wise people in their own country who will come together, every month, to communicate with eachother and find creative and 'out of the box' solutions for poverty, war, diseases, waterimprovement, education and all important issues that need to be discussed. They will take action where and whenever they can to change their communities and their environment. Their actions will be supported by donations and fundraising.Malawi is the first African country where we started the project.
