Inclusive societies where all people with disabilities can freely access need based services, live fruitful, happy lives, and are fully integrated within the greater society. To provide appropriate education, intervention, training and advocacy to people with disabilities so that these boons may in turn lead to a flourish in their awareness, empowerment and employment among. The IECN would like to achieve its goal with through an optimum utilization of available local, national and international resources and opportunities.

Volunteering: since this is a nonprofit organization of social entrepreneurs with disabilities, everyone is welcome to work as a volunteer for the development of the organization. Computer instructors: we have a Computer training project for the blind people so if you are interested you can become Computer instructor. vocational trainings: We have various skills development training for all types of disabilities, therefore if you are a person with disability you can join the training.
