We believe democracy’s greatest days lie ahead.
Members of the Millennial Generation (1983-2005) from around the world are ready to lead a new conversation about change and that they in fact are hungry to model positive democratic behavior their peers around the world will want to emulate. As they grow into power over the next two decades, we believe that they will re-shape and reconstruct political culture and failing public institutions. To do this, they will need access points that are aligned with their culture, that celebrate their ability to use new technology and that provide them with the opportunity to discover new post-partisan and innovative ideas. We believe these ideas will lead to a more peaceful world, a more integrated political culture and lasting civic participation, resulting in reinvigorated and enhanced global democracy.

Teams from the US and other countries, made up of Millennials, will work in difficult and unfamiliar locations to create Town Hall events at the end of each week. The style, manner and locations of the events are limited only by the participants’ imagination and safety. They will have to motivate locals to attend the event, decide on the issues to be discussed and then actually lead.
