In order to train millions of teachers to meet the needs of the 21st century, we offer a Certificate of Teaching Mastery at low cost. The curriculum was developed by the Teachers Without Borders membership and includes tools to ensure it reflects the collective wisdom of the world's teachers....

In order to train millions of teachers to meet the needs of the 21st century, we offer a Certificate of Teaching Mastery at low cost. The curriculum was developed by the Teachers Without Borders membership and includes tools to ensure it reflects the collective wisdom of the world's teachers. We have offered parts of the program to tailor-made contexts. In late Fall, 2002, the program will be made available online and in several languages.

We also build regional and locally run Community Teaching & Learning Centers. These on-line and off-line spaces are gathering places for learning and sustainable community development. Programs in place include HIV-AIDS education, cultural exchange, environmental youth service, early-childhood development, literacy, and girls? education. To date, centers have been established in the Middle East, India, Nigeria, South Africa, and Bangladesh. We have formal invitations from Pakistan, Russia, Honduras, Jordan, Ghana, Zimbabwe, and Vietnam.
