The aim is to promote trust, tolerance, solidarity, power of initiative, spirit of community, intercultural dialogue and the growth of social capital. The organization also works to promote an income-generating and sustainable environment for children and youth.

Tamam activities have 6 key points: sports activities, cultural excursions, camps, community work and helping with homework. Through this unique combination we allow participants to promote their creativity, develop communication skills, ability to collaborate, increase knowledge about other cultures and increasing contacts with different persons. The young people work together with other young people make feature activities organized by Tamam.
