 Mission/Vision
"Swallows" was founded in 1997 as a feminist organisation. Since the end of 1998 it increased the sphere of its activities and started to deal with the problems of young people in Samara, giving juridical consultations, psychological assistance, support in job placement.

In co-operation with local authorities it developed and implemented various projects, such as "Green City", "Job for Youth", etc.

In co-operation with local authorities it developed and implemented various projects, such as "Green City", "Job for Youth", etc.
Starting with 1998 "Swallows" is actively involved into European Level programs and activities, including Action 1 (Youth for Europe Exchanges) and Action 2 (European Voluntary Service).
As a coordinating organization, "Swallows" offers young people aged 18 - 25 hosting in a number of social, cultural and entertainment projects.
