In this vision, the communities are seen motivated to take up own initiatives in the prevention, eradication and intervention strategies . Every member of the community whether infected or affected by HIV / AIDS would be speaking out openly and freely as a general issue but not a myth.

d.Supporting Income Generating Projects for their economic sustanance and welfare .
e.Organising network visits , Youth festivals and Competitions for the Youth on topical issues .
f.Health Care support of the HIV infected and sick Youths , through a Volunteer Medical Docotr , whereby Soul ` s Comfort pays for the drugs only and other services are the Doctor s volunteered effort .
