The regional public organization of assistance of modernization of a society "Smena" (Change) represents group of students of different cities of Russia incorporated by the general representations about necessity of revision of the basic paradigm in the near future of development of Russia, to stop slipping of our country in paternalistic autocracy with the subsequent deprivation society the majority of the civil rights, to promote development of public moods in spirit of the close contact to the world community and acceptance of the world standards of legal and civil culture. We are not the political organization that is why, in the given context, operating administration of the president of the Russian Federation - as a matter of fact is the main originator of an antidemocratic rate of a state policy of last years, and at the given stage is not considered as our unconditional enemy, but is understood as an object of our attention and influence. We first of all count on support of students and active youth - a public layer which, as a rule, has insignificant experience of independent dialogue with the bureaucratic machinery and most sharply perceives injustice or an obvious inefficiency of its work.
For today we unite several tens of students of Institute of Higher Education including visitors from other cities of Russia. We seriously count on creation of a regional network within a year because a lot of our comrades will return to native cities after they finished training, and they have already expressed desire to start to work. In Moscow we also have a number of sports sections and clubs where tens and hundreds of children, having friendly communications with us and ready to join movement in case of need on a regular basis are engag
