Connecting People to Peace through Service. Like one high school conference participant answered in Dominican Republic during a workshop, “We will have world peace when we accomplished the United Nations Millennium Development Goals”. As an organization that idealistically believes in world peace, we realistically believe in attainable goals and objectives that takes us in that direction. Gandhi once said “Inner peace starts within”, which is ultimately true. When one has to worry about food, shelter, financials, health, and so forth for themselves and family the person nor the family will be at peace. Once inner peace is accomplished, it will become a ripple that will have a positive affect to their community, society, nation, and world.

Focus in creating community development in the creation of peaceful communities through education. Work on accomplishing the UN MDG in the country through projects, programs, and community engagement. Since 2005, we have been adopting elementary schools in-need. The first 4 schools are located in...

Focus in creating community development in the creation of peaceful communities through education. Work on accomplishing the UN MDG in the country through projects, programs, and community engagement. Since 2005, we have been adopting elementary schools in-need. The first 4 schools are located in the Pedro Brand area. In 2008, we will be working in a school located in Elias Pina, which is located yards away from the border of Haiti/ Dominican Republic.
