HIV/AIDS pandemic and illiteracy level can not be reduced unless much attention has been put to alleviate the poverty level amongst the affected and the infected orphans & vulnerable children, youth, widows and the disabled. By providing sensitization on HIV/AIDS, need for education among youth and creating income generating activities.
