To prepare youths for post-secondary education by:
1. Enhancing their academic abilities.
2. Providing comprehensive career counseling from secondary through post-secondary education that helps students assess their interests, skills and aptitudes; exposes them to many different careers; and offers them assistance in making decisions about careers, continuing education, and further training.
3. Organizing monthly workshops and seminars on health issue, politics, etc.
4. Organizing annual youth-parent fun fair/award ceremony
5. Providing all students with a strong foundation of academic and technical skills that will prepare them for careers and a lifetime of learning.

1. Providing monthly workshops on career fair
2. Holiday industrial attachments
3. Providing Career experience -- from job shadowing to internships to apprenticeships -- to ensure that every student has exposure to a range of possible career opportunities and a structured work experience that develops their skills and reinforces their academic studies.

The youths will serve as the board members. The organization will provide leadership skills to youths, give the youth the voice to speak out, provide the youth with school materials for every school season, and will be provide financial assistance for the youth.
