The mission and vision of Project Community is: By way of partners and sponsors forming a strong alliance, Project Community will be able to provide continuous programs and services to advance, empower, rebuild and unite communities to a higher level of preparation for a new beginning.

Project Community is an organization that is youth driven. In 2006, we developed a Youth Advisory Board, which is compromised of dedicated and committed participants in our organization. They make decisions and mobile youth to take part in community services projects, in order to make a difference in their community. In addition, the President & CEO has requested to be written in the bylaws, that youth advisory board members also have a presences on the Board of Directors, so that their say so has a prominent affect on the entire organization structure.
