To promote abundant life for all people of Okhahlamba, by building relationships of hope, love and holistic support.
OBJECTIVES
1. To contribute in the integration of services which support people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and TB
2. To empower churches to develop sustainable response programmes to fight the scourges of HIV/AIDS
3. facilitate community referral network that eliminate duplication of service and improve service delivery
4. To capacitate and facilitate community and health development workers to deliver adequate service in the community
5. To strengthen the capacity of community health workers to deliver integrated, equitable, and gender sensitive prevention, care, and support services
6. To facilitate inter-sect oral forums of service providers to improve referral systems, and improve working relationships
7. To empower young people with relevant skills that equips them in fight against HIV/AIDS and economic participation

What does the organization do?
- Provide community based and integrated adherence support to clients on TB and antiretroviral ARV medication. This is attained by training community on Nutrition, positive living, awareness and prevention and gender based

- Provide community based and integrated adherence support to clients on TB and antiretroviral ARV medication. This is attained by training community on Nutrition, positive living, awareness and prevention and gender based
response. Facilitate referral network with the health and sector to expand and improve integrated quality service delivery
- Aims to reduce the impact of HIV/AIDS in the community by partnering with churches and developing a Christian based response to pandemic, through facilitating church leaders to design action plan on HIV/AIDS prevention, care and advocacy in their respective communities
- Seeks to reduce HIV infection in young people by reducing the risk taking behaviour in general. Behavioural change is motivated through self realisation of self value and life determination which leads to wise decision making.
Strengthen family structure and values and support educators to mentor the Youth.
- A community based training centre that provide an accessible training and workshop venue. The venue is utilised by NGO, CBO, Churches and
government departments. Currently most of our training like youth life skills programs, community worker based training and computer training utilises the centre. The centre can accommodate 50 people at a time and have a
permanent computer centre that takes ten people and training hall that accommodates fifty workshop participants
- Facilitates a network forum with the aim of connecting service organisation like government departments, non governmental organisations, community and faith based organisation to share information, ideas, and to reduce duplication of services. This project helps Philakahle with the referral component of the CST
