e. Career Development
Providing career information to young people between 12 and 17 years will motivate them to remain in school. This will increase the number of young people completing education hence a literate and understanding community. Children in Form 1-7 of Primary education will be motivated to complete the whole 7 year primary education as a foundation for the greater secondary education. Secondary education will be motivated to strive for the choices that’ll make them realize their dreams, encouraging them to aim higher and complete higher education so as to qualify for university, where they can train as job makers and not job seekers.
To ensure a good outreach, volunteers will be chosen and trained using a career guidance manual.
Youth between 18 and 34 years will be trained in Entrepreneurship and Management. They will be motivated to engage in productive activities that will help them accumulate capital for greater investments that have a great potential for eradicating poverty.
Little start up credit will be provided on a revolving basis.
