For the New Economy to make wholesome sense, the boundaries of the digital society must be extended beyond its present perimeter. The present knowledge-driven society must be made true to its core concept of globalisation by ensuring that all races, levels and classes of people have a good participatory role in the New Economy via their inclusion in the Digital Society. The Paradigm Initiative Nigeria project is a viable means of ensuring a place for Nigeria in the digital society. It seeks to equip the youth, tomorrow's leader and decision maker, with appropriate Information Technology skills in order to carve out a better future for all.Considering the importance of Information Technology in today's world, the project is being set up to create an opportunity to bridge the digital divide by helping the nation's youth and interested individuals to become information technology literate.

P.I.N's implemetation comes through:
* The Nation-wide Youth Development training, as sponsored by The Executive Cyberschuul
* Honouring Speaking Engagements
* Participation in Seminars and Conferences related to Bridging the Digital Divide
* Partnering with other organisations to implement employable ideas as reagrds ICT4D
* Other approaches based on consultation and discussions
