The Terezín Memorial cares for places connected with imprisonmentof people during the WWII - because of political and racial reasons. Destiny of those people is presented by both the authentical environment and the exhibitions. Terezín is annually visited by more than 250 thousand tourists, receiving some basic information. For people interested more in this history, a Meeting centre was established in 1997. And then they yre cared for by the staff of the Departement of Education, volunteers, historians and survivors of the Holocaust.
