Nepal Youth Red Cross Circle - Nobel College is an impartial, apolitical, independent, humanitarian organization established on 16th September, 2003. Its mission is to realize and discharge social obligations through the participation of the college students. Embracing the pious motto “I SERVE” the circle has, till date, conducted several programs like Red Cross awareness, AIDS awareness, fund raising for natural calamities and the disadvantaged groups under the direct supervision of Nepal Red Cross Society.

- Reflect the character of god through humanitarian and developmental efforts.
- Actively support community needs through a portfolio of development activities which are planned and implemented cooperatively.
- Provide assistance in solutions of crisis of chronic distress and work toward the development of long term solutions.
- Work through equitable partnerships with those in need to achieve positive and sustainable change in communities.
- Develop and build networks.
- Establish and maintain active partnerships with inter-sectoral partners.
- Promote and expand the equitable and participatory involvement of women in the developmental process.
- Advocate for and assist in the increased use of community capacities to care for and responsibly manage the natural resources of their environment.
- Facilitate the right and ability of all children to attain their full potential and assist in assuring the child’s survival to achieve that potential.

Complying with the principles of ICRC and NRCS, we offer voluntary services. Youth can offer their voluntary services to our organisation. Also, the youth based in Nepal have ample opportunities to participate in the programs organised by NYRCC-NC.
