NOPE is a recognized leader in the development and execution of comprehensive health & wellness programs. NOPE's peer centred approach has been adopted by over 300 organizations in Kenya and several other African nations.

Internship- this is for youth in colleges and or higher institutions of learning.
Volunteer- opportunities are available for both community youth and youth in institutions of higher learning and high schools.
Employment opportunities are available for qualified youth in the various programs. The Youth program for NOPE is youth led and managed.
Exchange visits- youth groups and Youth Serving Organizations can visit and interact with NOPE supported programs and other partner programs for purposes of learning and sharing experiences. NOPE also hosts a bi-annual International Peer Education conference to facilitate knowledge sharing amongst organizations and individuals. Exposure both locally and Internationally.
Capacity Building - NOPE offers technical support to Youth Serving Organizations, CBO,FBOs, NGOs and Youth groups implementating various programs.
NOPE hosts the Youth Peer Education (Y-PEER) network in Kenya.
