Oxfam Canada seeks to rid the world of global poverty. Youth attending Memorial University, participating in MUN Oxfam, share this vision and actively campaign for it in Canada, changing the way people understand the world around them. What does the organization do?
MUN Oxfam takes up Oxfam Canada campaigns, such as Make Trade Fair or Make Poverty history, and puts our unique spins and energy into them. Getting people interested and involved, while having lots of fun is what we're all about. Change begins at home.
Opportunities for Youth
We're entirely youth-led. So anything goes! If you have the will to become apart of a campaign, event, or activity that MUN Oxfam is involved with, or you'd like to lead an entirely new initiative, go for it! Get ahold of us!
