Helps to establish programs like Vivernet. "VIVERNET: Business Centres For New Technologies", is an ambitious project that encourages competitive and innovative start-ups, companies with a technological base, carried out by the Regional Ministry for Education, Science and Technology in collaboration with the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology in Extremadura (FUNDECYT) with the objective of training and helping those new entrepreneurs in the region developing their work in the net, by offering them both new opportunities of getting a promising job, and a new enterprising spirit to face the challenges the Information and Communication Technologies presents.
