Violence is the Voice of the Unheard...
Through unique, successful programs based around photo-journalism, broadcast journalism, multi-media production and creative-writing, youth are encouraged to document the violence they've experienced or been a part of. In doing so, LOVE youth gain marketable skills and, importantly, find not only their voice, and their personal value, but tools and methods to use as an outlet for expressing themselves in a positive, productive and non-violent manner. LOVE also provides professional leadership training that enables youth to use their voice productively in community outreach programs, further spreading the philosophy of non-violence and the effectiveness of tools such as compassion, understanding, and creative expression.
