To bring people together from different cultures and backgrounds and spread the idea of solidary humanism and international co-operation.

Our Development Instructor programme is 14 months:
- Six months preparation period at the College.
- Six months work period in one of Humana People to People's development projects in Southern Africa. These include HIV/AIDS projects, Preschools in Soweto, SA, and Schools for street...

- Six months work period in one of Humana People to People's development projects in Southern Africa. These include HIV/AIDS projects, Preschools in Soweto, SA, and Schools for street Children and Teacher Training Colleges in Mozambique.
- Two months evaluation period at the college

Previous experience or qualifications are not needed. What is needed is energy, commitment and an open mind.
The preparation period is designed so that each participant acquires the necessary theoretical, practical and personal skills to carry out the position of Development Instructor as described by the project. The training focuses on organisational, planning and leadership skills whilest exposing the participant to learning experiences for the head, hands and heart!
