To spread HIV/AIDS awareness, especially among youths in Brunei.
Penyinar is taken from the Malay word "sinar" which means to light up, to shine, to glow, to brighten up, to make clear, to shine and glow until it is visible. The threat of HIV/AIDS is often misunderstood . Penyinar is to bring this message and disseminate information as widely and clearly to eliminate stigma & discrimination and to bring hope to those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.

What does the organization do?
The club organises monthly activities for its members on HIV/AIDS and positive living trainings and activities. This promotes them to a healthy and positive living way of lifestyle which enhances their self esteem, creativity, voluntary spirit and other characteristics to be an ideal youth.
Opportunities for Youth
All youths are welcomed, regardless of their status, age, religion and any other differences that they may have. Brunei has a low prevalence rate of HIV/AIDS (which we would like to keep it that way) and youths need to be involved in the process of prevention.
