 Mission/Vision
To help youth fighting on using Alcohol and Drugs which may lead to the spread of HIV/AIDS in the society. Our vision is to make all the society of Tanzania to understand the side effect of using alcohol and drugs by giving them counseling, training, education, seminars, workshops and research.

Opportunities for Youth
As a matter of fact many youth engage in using drugs and alcohol, JAR will help them in knowing side effect of using these drugs which my lead from ruining their life at all, hence youth will get opportunity of having counseling, training and education about drugs and alcohol.
