Empowering Member Associations to achieve and sustain high levels of dynamism and innovation in identifying and fulfilling the sexual and reproductive health and rights needs in their respective countries.

•Increasing the effectiveness and self-reliance of Member Associations, their confidence and their credibility. Catalyzing a cost-efficient and effective performance culture by rewarding good performance through results-based management and financing. Building capacity of IPPF Africa Region to mobilize resources beyond those provided by the federation. Intensifying advocacy at international, regional and country level to ensure that the policy environment supports the Five ‘A’s, and that funding mechanisms are in favour of sexual and reproductive health and rights.
