What does the organization do?
ICYE Switzerland accepts participants aged 18 - 27 to stay in Switzerland for a period of 12 or eventually for 6 months. Volunteers live by host families and work during the year as volunteers in a project.

ICYE Switzerland accepts participants aged 18 - 27 to stay in Switzerland for a period of 12 or eventually for 6 months. Volunteers live by host families and work during the year as volunteers in a project.
The projects are located either in the German or in the French part of Switzerland and include working with children, elderly or disabled. There are also projects with NGOs and cultural centres. The volunteers are expected to take an active and responsible role at the projects.
