The gearing committee shall continue to lay strategies and make sure that the organization does not die. Henceforth the following strategies shall be employed;
I. Working closely with the local authorities
II. Establishment of an office.
III. Establishment of income generating projects like internet services, carpentry and joinery project.
IV. Seeking for donors.
V. Local contributions from the caregivers/parents.
VI. Recruitment of experienced and hard working staff.
VII. Proper programming.
VIII. Presentation of periodic report.(monthly, quarterly and annual)
IX. Proper keeping of accounts and other records.
X. Home visitation of the youth.
XI. Networking with other organizations and government bodies.
