Endeavoring that academic performance improves in Acholi sub-region despite 20 years of civil war that have drastically hindered infrastructural development especially in the spheres of education and health. Combating HIV/AIDS through talking to the youth in schools, colleges and communities. Economically empowering rebel returnees who are mainly formerly abducted children and other disadvantaged and under-resourced children such as orphans and those from very poor families through practical training such as in carpentry, brick laying, tailoring, cookery, bakery, basic computer skills and secretarial duties by establishing a vocational training institute. Spiritually energizing and empowering the children through evangelical outreaches, distribution of Bibles, organizing conventions and training as well as instilling the fear of God. Impacting moral conduct by advocating for abstinence before marriage, faithfulness and single partners. Establishment of nursery and primary schools to provide strong foundations for advancement in education. Establishing a secondary school and a post-secondary college offering quality education and professional training in market-oriented business, technical and vocational courses respectively. Securing educational sponsorship for the children through lobbying. Estabishing and fully equipping a modern resource centre with library, Internet, telephone and faxing services as well as a fully-fledged secretarial bureau with typing, printing, photocopying, duplicating, binding, laminating, sealing and scanning facilities. Establishing a state-of-the-art publishing facility for the production of academic literature. Establishing an all-in-one bookshop containing literature and other scholastic requirements from nursery to university levels. Establishment of regional information and communication technology (ICT) training centre offering specialized training and consultancy as well as customized software products. Leadership development and promotion through impartation of qualities for competent, efficient, effective, accountable, transparent,incorruptible, relaible, compassinate leaders as well as leaders with high degrees of integrity, ethical and moral values. Enhancement of manpower planning through career development by organizing school visitations as well as seminars and workshops, advising students on marketable and relevant courses. Creation of a trauma and rehabilitation centre for the returning rebels and empowering them after training with start up capital and tools for reintegration into their communities.

Due to resource contraints, the organization has accomplished an insignificant portion of its vision. So far, it has organized 2 successful academic seminars for ordinary and advanced levels' students. The seminars equipped students from different schools in the country preparing for national examinations. Teachers were drawn from different schools in Kitgum and elsewhere. A mobile resource centre containing Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) past question papers, textbooks and pamphlets was in each case opened to students. Nick Abonga (anguth1@yahoo.com), a US marine from New York City, in the United States addressed the students centering on encouragement, commitment and opportunities and interacted with teachers in one of the seminars. Each seminar lasted for either a week or two. Many students have also benefited from the career guidance and counseling department of the organization. Awareness on avoiding HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases as well as abortions, teenage pregnancies, school dropouts and related dangers has also taken off. The organization, therefore, solicits for funds from individuals and institutions to help in greater accomplishment if its vision.

The organization, through its multiplicity drive, seeks to equip and empower youth to be self-reliant and successful in life as well as to be responsible people in the society in various capacities as leaders and followers. As the different tasks are executed, youth get employed. The employment is a source of livelihood and a lever for advancement in aquisition of knowledge and skills for higher incomes in the future through value addition resulting into an edge in competitiveness and marketability.
