 Mission/Vision
To increase awareness and promote the prevention of
HIV/AIDS in urban, rural and remote Aboriginal communities
throughout British Columbia.

The Education Program provides education workshops on
HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, STIs, Healthy Sexuality and Relationships,
Aboriginal Health Challenges, and Wellness. A large portion of the

The Education Program provides education workshops on
HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, STIs, Healthy Sexuality and Relationships,
Aboriginal Health Challenges, and Wellness. A large portion of the
work is done with Aboriginal youth in urban and rural areas and on
reserves. Other Healing Our Spirit programs include HIV/AIDS counseling, subsidies for housing, hospital visits, a speakers bureau for positive people to share their story, and a traditional healing circle for Aboriginal People Living with HIV/AIDS who are ready to disclose their status to loved ones.
