Our Mission is to Share the Love of Jesus Christ through holistic Gospel Outreach Programs through a range of activities:
• Evangelism
• Discipleship
• Community Development Projects.
Short Term Mission

Whatever God's gifting and equipping, there are opportunities for service that edify the Church and minister in His name.
Leadership Facilitation
GSCM’s heart is to reach Pastors and churches in the rural areas, building long-term relationships to support, equip, refresh & renew indigenous Pastors and churches who minister in the midst of AIDS, disease, war and poverty.
Pastoral Training & Equipping
Good Shepherd Celebration Ministries (GSCM) desires to encourage the next generation of ministers. Through God’s direction, we will identify potential future ministers and provide scholarships to send them to Glad Tidings Bible College. GSCM is also currently in the process of developing its own Bible Institute - Soaring Life Bible Institute. Many young pastors that go to the USA and other western countries for Bible training never return to their home country and never fulfill the calling God has on their lives. GSCM desires to assist men & women, encouraging them to be faithful to God’s call to ministry in their own communities. Currently, future ministers have been identified and await sponsorship. $100 per month provides a single person the opportunity to study at Bible College in Uganda and pursue God’s call to ministry. GSCM also desires to provide a means to minister to current pastors through outreach, retreats, conferences and the provision of scholarships for further training. Our long-term goal is to establish a conference and equipping center in Mpigi, Uganda, that is dedicated to providing support and spiritual renewal for pastors and their families.

We Provide Sponsorships to Orphans in the rural areas of Uganda so as to have the opportunity to continue with their education.
Child Welfare & Sponsorship Program
“To the tragedy of the 17 million people who have lost their lives to AIDS in Africa, add the 12 million orphaned children left behind. Traumatized by the death of parents, stigmatized through association with the disease and often thrown into desperate poverty by the loss of bread-winners, this growing army of orphans -- defined as children who have lost one or both parents -- is straining the traditional extended family and overwhelming national health and education systems in the most severely affected countries of which Uganda is no exception”
For many children, the loss of parents brings destitution, an end to schooling and stigmatization by family and neighbors. Despite the mounting death toll, nearly half of Ugandan’s orphans live in a household with one surviving parent, usually their mother. The high incidence of HIV infection within marriage, however, means that many children soon lose both parents, and become the responsibility of the extended family. About 60 per cent of these children are raised by grandparents, while about 20 per cent are reared by aunts and uncles. In the face of these issues, how can someone make a difference? .
In Uganda, “free education” under the Universal Primary Education Scheme which is provided by the government in public schools offers classes of 100 or more children to 1 teacher per classroom. This does not establish the base needed to pass the required National Exams, which determine a child’s future. Poor children remain poor. Those orphaned by civil war, Aids/HIV or various diseases, and other circumstances have no chance for a future of anything but poverty. Orphans beg on the streets, not for spare change or food, but for school fees. Sponsors with Good Shepherd Celebration Ministries provide an avenue to BREAK THIS CYCLE OF POVERTY! Partnering with Local Churches, GSCM reaches rural children with the greatest needs. The Church families look after the children, helping to provide a stable and caring environment for them. GSCM children live with relatives or in foster families. The Church assumes a fathering role to oversee the environment and conditions in which the children are living. GSCM sponsors provide a FUTURE WITH HOPE for these needy children! Sponsoring a child through GSCM, you can be assured that your money is being spent on your child’s needs. Sponsorship fees provide school tuition, school uniform, shoes, socks, books and school supplies. Extra monies available over expenses are used to provide other needs for the specific child and his/her family. Sponsors receive photo and bio information, grade reports and letters from your child.
