Elaboration, organization and implementation of human rights-oriented activities that aim to protect and promote civil, political, social, economic and cultural human rights in particular those of women, children and young people. These activities include:
- Individual protection of human rights (legal, psychological and social);
- Trainings on human rights and fundamental freedoms for young people with focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights;
- Monitoring compliance with and implementation of human rights and equality standards and their compliance with international and European standards;
- Proposals for change of Bulgarian legislation concerning human rights, discrimination and gender equality and advancement of women in all spheres of public life;
- Advocacy and lobbying government institutions;
- Practical guidance on gender and development issues and human rights and other materials.

In our youth program, we work on a local level on the topics of violence, discrimination and SRHR. We focus mainly on girls from rural areas and from ethnic origin. The opportunities and prospects of the girls’ belonging to ethnic minorities are fundamentally shaped by those closest to them, particularly family members. In traditionally closed communities such as Roma and Turkish minorities rarely have access to current information about education and lifestyle. From here, they are not aware of the dynamics in the modern society and that makes their adaptation difficult, thus they lag behind in their social development. Another characteristic of these communities are children’s dropping out of school at an early age. We work towards influencing them by provision of youth-friendly information and quality non-formal education so that we achieve understanding on the need of education and protection of bodily integrity is a way to achieve personal realization and welbeing.
