The vision of the organization is to create equitable, justifiable, and well developed society in Nepal where all the deprived children, youths and vulnerable groups enjoy their rights.
As a civil society organization of MDG signatory country it commits to reverse the impact of HIV by 2015. For the same, root causes that prevails in the society have to be addresed.

GaRDeF is a regional NGO working on the sector of HIV and AIDS. It has excellent network in rural areas in far-western and mid-western districts namely Achham, Dailekh, Kailali etc. We have extended our networks even to India, where most of the migrant youth workers migrate. We have grassroot...

GaRDeF is a regional NGO working on the sector of HIV and AIDS. It has excellent network in rural areas in far-western and mid-western districts namely Achham, Dailekh, Kailali etc. We have extended our networks even to India, where most of the migrant youth workers migrate. We have grassroot networks of youths, migrant youths and others namely Social Volunteer against HIV and AIDS (SoVAA). We encourage other organizations to use the network for community mobilization against HIV and AIDS. The organization also visions that all the social problems have to be addressed by community mobilization and participation.
